Two weekend stabbings in Regina
There were two separate stabbings in Regina early Sunday morning.
The first happened around 4 a.m. Sunday. A 19-year-old man was walking to a friend's house in North Central on 4th Avenue. He says four men attacked him, stabbing him several times. The young man was sent to hospital, and no one saw what happened. Regina Police are asking anyone with information on the stabbing to call them.
Meanwhile, charges have been laid in a second stabbing.
Around 5:40 a.m., police were called to the Cathedral area near Saskatchewan Drive. A 22-year-old man had been stabbed by his brother.
After a day-long search, 26-year-old Anthony Blake Street was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
Police say the 22 year old had critical wounds, but his current condition isn't known.
