Morning assualts lead to arrest of man with Canada-wide warrant. 

Just before 9 a.m. a 26-year-old woman was assaulted by a man in a parking lot on 4th Avenue South. 

She yelled for help and the 18-year-old man fled.

He ran across the street and assaulted a 65-year-old man. 

A bystander saw the struggle and ran over to help, pinning the suspect until police arrived.

The man was arrested and has been charge with two counts of assault, two counts of breaching a conditional sentence order, and was arrested on a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large.
