Saskatchewan NHL pre-season games cancelled
League announces all games through September will not be played

People in Saskatchewan won’t be seeing any NHL pre-season games in September.
The league announced Wednesday all games through the end of the month have been cancelled.
That includes the Sept. 27 game between the Edmonton Oilers and New York Islanders in Regina and the Sept. 29 game between the Winnipeg Jets and Boston Bruins in Saskatoon.
That means refunds will be issued or fans can hang on to their tickets in case the games are re-scheduled.
