The Regina Pats shut out the Swift Current Broncos 4-0 in WHL play on Friday night.

 Adam Beukeboom was the star of the game stopping 27 shots in the Pats net. Jordan Weal scored a first period goal for Regina, the Pats followed that up with second period goals from Brandon Davidson, Morgan Klimchuk and Dryden Hunt.
 
The eastern conference race is very tight, with only six points separating the third place Medicine Hat Tigers from the Pats in seventh place in the eastern conference.
 
The Pats will host the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Saturday night at 7:00p.m. at the Brandt Centre.
