Over 50 protestors gathered outside City Hall Friday afternoon to rally against Bill C-38, which was passed in the House of Commons after a 22-hour marathon voting session.

Organizer Neil Sinclair with the Justice Climate of Saskatoon said the demonstration or “funeral procession” is to mark the death of democracy.

The procession started shortly before 1 p.m. and finished outside the Canadian Building.
