PotashCorp’s Wintershines is set to begin Saturday at the Market Square at Saskatoon’s River Landing site at 10 a.m.

The festival’s opening day agenda features ice skating and a BBQ, as well as an ice park which will be illuminated by thousands of LED lights.

The festival runs from Jan. 28 until Feb. 12 at various sites around the city.
