Police Chief hosts second Twitter chat
Have a question for Saskatoon Police Chief Clive Weighill?
Ask him.
He'll be responding to questions on Twitter for an hour starting at 11 a.m. Thursday morning.
"We've held two Twitter chats before, both relating to traffic, and they've both been positive and successful initiatives," said Kelsie Fraser, social media specialist with the police.
"Having the Chief open up to a different form of question-taking is hopefully going to be an informative experience for our followers and a way to thank them for their continued interest in the service."
According to a media release, @SaskatoonPolice Twitter followers will be able to ask Chief Weighill any questions they have about the Saskatoon Police Service by including the hashtag '#askSPS'.
While people can ask anything, Fraser said that only only respectful and relevant questions will be answered.
