A man accused of sexually assaulting a Saskatoon woman with special needs will be back in court Friday.
Wallace Thomas, 36, briefly appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court this morning.
He refused a legal aid lawyer, asking Judge Rosemary Weisgerber for a court-appointed lawyer instead.
She rejected Thomas' request, giving him until tomorrow to decide whether or not he would represent himself.
