Bruce Korte's team from the Granite Curling Club in Saskatoon is the A event winner at the Sask-Tel Men's Tankard. Korte defeated Carl deConinck-Smith of Rosetown 5-4 in the A final on Friday. Korte's team stole points in the seventh and eighth ends for the win.
 
The page playoffs are set for Sunday, with the winner advancing to the Tim Horton's Brier, March 4-12 at Credit Union Centre.
