A day after his wife was released on bail, Kevin Goforth has also been granted bail following a very short court appearance Friday morning.

Tammy and Kevin Goforth are co-accused for the manslaughter of four-year-old June Goforth and neglect and abuse of her two-year-old sister.

The case began when June Goforth was taken to hospital August 1.  She was in an unresponsive state and died the next day. Police investigated and found the two year old girl had also sustained injuries.  She is said to be out of hospital and recovering.

The family of the victim have attended several court appearances for both Kevin and Tammy but none were present in the court room Friday morning.

Kevin Gofoth is subject to a number of release conditions which include that he not have contact with wife Tammy, or his two sons.
