Former Regina jail guard Brent Taylor is soon to be prisoner in a federal penitentiary after being sentenced to five years.

Taylor was found guilty of smuggling drugs to inmates in the jail. The former Regina Provincial Correctional Center guard had worked at the jail since 1987.
