Elderly man hurt after hit-and-run

An elderly man crossing Avenue F South is now in hospital after a car hit him and then took off.

It happened around 11 a.m. this morning.

The 76-year-old was knocked to the ground and hurt. He is now in hospital, but we don't know how severe his injuries are.

Police are looking for a mid-90s North American model car that is black in colour and dirty.

Anyone with information is aksed to call Saskatoon Police or Crimestoppers.
