Court appearance for Regina man charged in orange zone death
The Regina man charged in the death of a highway worker in the orange zone will be back in court on November 20,
Keith Dunford is 44 and facing charges of dangerous driving causing death and criminal negligence causing death. RCMP laid charges on Monday following a two month investigation into what happened when a pregnant construction worker, named Ashley Dawn Richards was hit by an SUV and killed back in August while workin near Midale.
Dunford’s lawyer appeared on his behalf at his first court appearance Tuesday morning in Weyburn.
