Brendan Taman gets contract extention
Brendan Taman will be staying in Riderville.
On Saturday, Saskatchewan Roughrider President and CEO Jim Hopson announced that a contract extention with the General Manager. The one-year extention will see Taman continue his role through the 2013 season.
Taman is entering his third year with the organization, and took over completely control of football operations in November of 2011.
“We feel Brendan has significantly increased the talent level of this team and has helped put together one of the top coaching staffs in the CFL led by Corey Chamblin," said Hopson.
Taman first worked with the Green and White in 1987 when he was hired as a player personnel assistant. Before he was hired as general manager, Taman spend ten years working with the Winnipeg Blue Bomber organization.
