Body found in Black Lake ruled homicide
Man had been reported missing 2 days earlier

Joey John Yooya, 21, of Black Lake was found dead last Thursday, in the woods just east of the community.
Yooya had been reported missing two days earlier. His body was found by some local searchers.
“(The) autopsy was completed on Monday, on the victim, and the cause of death was a gunshot wound,” explained Corporal Rob King, with the RCMP who added they are now treating the death as a homicide.
A potential suspect in custody on an unrelated matter and King says they believe there may be a connection.
