Bail hearing for Tammy Goforth charged in death of 4-year-old
The Regina woman accused of manslaughter in the death of a four year old girl was back in court Wednesday for a bail hearing.
Earlier this month two very young sisters aged two and four were taken to hospital after allegedly being abused by their caregivers.
Four year old June Alexus Dawn Goforth died in the hospital and the initial charges of abuse and neglect against Tammy Lynn Goforth and Kevin Eric Goforth were upgraded to manslaughter.
In court Wednesday the mother of those girls sobbed as she listened to a bail hearing for Tammy Goforth.
She was eventually removed from the court room by security after making a move towards the accused. She yelled "How could you do that to my girl".
The judge has put over the decision on bail until next Thursday. Details about the hearing are under a publication ban.
