While Vancouver is in the spotlight this weekend for Grey Cup, Regina will have its turn in 2013.

Of course, if it were this year, Agribition would have been presented with quite the challenge being at the same time

With that in mind, CEO and General Manager Marty Seymour said the event will be held earlier in 2 years, when the Grey Cup comes to Regina.

“Agribition will be moving our show dates in 2013 to start on November eleventh and we’re really looking forward to all the synergies that can be created by both events being in Regina back to back,” said Seymour.

Seymour doesn't think the change in dates will have much effect on their attendance and sales.

“We have some time to plan and certainly we’ll put some messaging and marketing around it but it’s really a great news story for the city and Agribition is proud to be part of Regina.”
