The CRTC has taken enforcement action against 85 companies for  breaking the telemarketing rules. Over 10.6 million numbers are currently registered on the list but do people think it’s a joke? Andrea Rosen CRTC Chief Compliance and Enforcement Officer joins Brent to discuss the issue.
