On January 24, a fire in a Lloydminister home took Irene Brown's life. Now, Nelson Brown has been charged with first degree murder for that death. After a two month investigation, the man is in RCMP custody and will be in Provincial Court on Monday, April 12. We don't know yet if the two 69-year-olds were husband and wife.

Saskatoon Police are looking into two suspicious fires
Two house fires that happened overnight in Saskatoon may be connected. The first blaze happened at around 2:00 in the morning at the 600 block of Ave H South. Occupants of the home say incendiary devices were being thrown at the home.
A couple hours later, there was another fire. New home, same area. This time in the 200 block of Ave D South. According to Allison Edwards with the Saskatoon Police, they've noticed the similarities too,
