No it's not the app distracting visitors, but there are some angry birds outside the Saskatchewan Legislature.

The Saskatchewan Government forwarded the video below of a bird dive bombing a man walking outside the Legislative building - and apparently he isn't the only one.

The man in the video is Derek Robinson.

"It turns out this happens to everyone, so it took a week or two for me to ask someone about it, and it turns out that lots of people have stories about these birds," Robinson said.

One story is from Education Minister Russ Marchuk.

"I didn't scream, but I certainly wafted it away and ducked, and hustled my feet to the car," said Marchuk.

The bird is a starling, protecting her nest right outside the front doors of the legislature.  It's been happening for several months.
