A 17-year-old girl waiting for a bus in the middle of a Regina rush hour ended up being mugged.

The girl was standing at a bus stop on Victoria Avenue near Francis Street on Monday around 5 p.m. when a thug flashed a knife and demanded her wallet.

Police describe him as in his 20's, with facial hair, a pony tail, wearing a plaid shirt and shorts.
