One person is in hospital after an early morning accident just outside of Saskatoon.
Around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, police say an SUV rolled near the Dalmeny Access Road and trapped one person in the vehicle.
“I could see one person… (their) arm was outside of the vehicle, they were talking to him or her, whoever it was that was pinned underneath inside the vehicle,” said Ward Hildebrandt, who was driving in the area and saw crews working on the SUV.
It took crews about 20 minutes to free the person inside the SUV and was rushed to hospital. The extent of the injuries is unknown at this time.
Traffic had been backed up for a while but is not flowing smoothly again.
