About Chef Malcolm
Chef Malcolm Craig started his culinary career in Bath, England. He worked at the famed Pump Rooms at the ancient Roman baths and then headed and ran Cafe Retro. After that he crossed the Atlantic to Saskatchewan and worked at the Cathedral Freehouse in Regina. Since then, he did a stint at the Willow on Wascana before leading the team and becoming a junior partner at Beer Bros Bakery and Cuisine.
Chef Malcolm has cooked for His Royal Highness Prince Charles, Van Morrison, Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall and the Governor of Montana. Most recently, he was a participant in the Olympic athletes’ fundraiser, the Gold Medal Plate Awards. He lives in Regina with his wife.
