The Chief of the Beardy's Okemasis First Nation discusses a proposal by ten independent Saskatchewan First Nations and the Seminole band from Florida to construct a stadium, hotel, and casino on the current CP Rail yard north of Regina's downtown. It's the second stadium proposal this week after the provincial, federal, and civic government released a feasibility study in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
