A shoe, Pirate Ship, and a tow truck made out of cardboard were some of the sights at the fourth annual Rock 102 Cardboard Cup.
“I think it’s the best one yet in terms of creativity,” said Rock 102 Morning Host Shack.
The event was held in the parking lot at Sports on Tap on Saturday afternoon, as warm weather forced the event to move from Diefenbaker Park.
Listeners were tasked with using cardboard, tape, string and glue to build a sled to slide down the hill.
The wake board boat built by Shane Bridge’s was the winner of the $10,000 Can Am ATV donated by FFUN Motorsports.
“It was unbelievable since it was the size of a real boat,” Shack said. “The guy used $600 worth of duct tape, it was crazy.”
