Regina police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 10-year-old girl.
Patience Arlene Lynn Akapew was last seen on the 1300 block of Robinson Street in Regina around 8:00 p.m. on Jan. 19.
Police describe Akapew as an Aboriginal girl, approx. five feet three inches tall, medium build, fair complexion, having red hair, and brown eyes. Police said she wears glasses and both of her ears are pierced. She was last seen wearing a black sweater with the number “10” written in white, black jeans, and grey Adidas shoes.
Due to her age, police said she is considered vulnerable and they need to locate her to ensure she is safe.
