RCMP have released new information on the deaths of two people in Delisle, Sask. earlier this week.
Darby Maurice and Calvin Dunn, both 26 years old, were found dead inside a home in the town Saturday night.
Autopsies were conducted Tuesday in Saskatoon and a police investigation has determined foul play is not suspected in both sudden deaths.
RCMP also confirmed Friday a firearm was not used in the deaths and the case is not considered a murder-suicide.
No other information has been released at this time.
The couple left behind two children, described by a family friend as pre-school aged, who are now living with their mother’s parents in Saskatoon.
People living in Delisle are rallying support to help the family—a GoFundMe campaign has been started to raise money for the grandparents, who’ve taken time off work to care for the kids.
Delisle is located 45 kilometres southwest of Saskatoon.
