Police laid more than 30 charges on three people after officers searched a Saskatoon apartment Monday night.
A firearm investigation led police to the building in the 800 block of Confederation Drive around 7 p.m.
Officers said they found four firearms – two of which were loaded – around $14,000 in cash, 16.73 grams of methamphetamine and 7.7 grams of marijuana.
A 15-year-old girl and 44-year-old woman each face numerous charges including:
- Careless storage of a firearm (x4)
- Possession of a dangerous weapon (x4)
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm (x4)
- Possession of a loaded prohibited firearm (x2)
- Tampering with serial number
- Possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of proceeds of crime exceeding $5000
The 15-year-old also faces an additional charged of assaulting a peace officer.
A 17-year-old boy was taken into custody and has been charged with possessing ammunition while prohibited and breaching a court order.
The investigation is ongoing.
