A Canada-wide warrant has been issued in connection with Saskatoon’s fourth murder of the year.
Police are looking for 20-year-old Miguel Gomez.
Gomez is wanted for second-degree murder in a fatal stabbing at the Canarama Shopping Centre parking lot on Saturday.
Around 2:30 a.m. on April 16, police were called to the area of Assiniboine Drive and Warman Road.
Two men, ages 22 and 18, were found with stab wounds and taken to hospital.
The 22-year-old man died in hospital later that morning. The 18-year-old was treated and released.
Gomez is described as five feet nine inches tall in height, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a small tattoo underneath each eye.
Police say Gomez and the victim were not known to each other.
Members of the public should not approach him, and call law enforcement immediately.
