Saskatoon police are investigating a member after he was suspended with pay at the beginning of July.
Police say the allegations are not criminal in nature and fall under the Saskatchewan Municipal Police Discipline Regulations Act. He is accused of misconduct and neglect of duty.
The name of the member is not being released because the internal police matter is still under investigation.
Police Chief Clive Weighill will determine if any actions should be taken if the allegations have merit after the internal investigation is complete.
