A request for help in finding Ibrahim was sent out by Regina police Wednesday afternoon. It said that there were Saskatchewan-wide warrants out for him on drugs trafficking charges and for failing to appear in court, and Canada-wide charges for robbery and first-degree murder in Toronto.
In July 2014, Ibrahim was one of three men arrested in the search of a home on Dawson Crescent in the Coronation Park area. Ibrahim was charged with possession of marijuana and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
In 2008, he faced a slew of charges in Fort MacMurray in relation to the forcible confinement and assault of a man, including extortion using a firearm, and assault with a weapon.
Ibrahim, 30, is described as black with a thin build, 5’9″ and roughly 150 pounds. He has short, black hair and brown eyes.
Police said anyone who sees Ibrahim should not approach him, but should call Regina police at 306-777-6500, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
